Role Summary

The Executive, Digital Marketing Growth & Intelligence is responsible for driving digital marketing execution through AI-powered content creation, automation workflows, and performance optimization. The role combines creativity and technology to scale digital campaigns, improve operational efficiency, and enhance audience engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Content Creation

• Utilize Generative AI tools to create videos, visuals, and marketing assets for social media and digital platforms.

• Develop platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Support creative ideation and production using AI-assisted workflows.

2. Digital Campaign Execution

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution from conceptualization to publishing.

• Coordinate creative development, editing, scheduling, and content deployment.

• Ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with branding and marketing objectives.

3. Workflow Automation & Optimization

• Research and implement AI automation solutions to streamline marketing processes.

• Explore tools that improve efficiency in content production, reporting, and digital operations.

• Support integration of automation workflows into day-to-day marketing execution.

4. Trend Intelligence & Innovation

• Monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, and AI technologies.

• Experiment with new digital tools and content formats to improve engagement and reach.

• Provide recommendations on innovative strategies to enhance digital growth.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Analyze campaign and content performance metrics across platforms.

• Optimise assets based on engagement trends, algorithm performance, and audience behaviour.

• Prepare reports and insights to support digital marketing improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Branding, or related discipline.

Experience Requirements

• 1–2 years of working experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related field.

• Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools and digital marketing platforms.

• Familiarity with automation workflows and social media management tools.

• Experience in video editing, content production, or creative asset development is an added advantage.

Preferred Tools & Platforms

• Generative AI Tools: Midjourney, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar.

• Editing Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro.

• Social Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.

• Automation Platforms: Zapier, n8n, or equivalent.
