Executive - Digital Marketing & Social Media - Hiring Fast

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to promote the shopping mall, attract visitors, and drive footfall.
• Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to manage day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, and escalate any issues as necessary.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Conduct regular analysis of website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics to generate insights and optimize marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for the shopping mall's digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as graphic designers and photographers, to create visual assets and content for social media and digital platforms.
• Support the coordination of mall events, promotions, and campaigns through effective digital marketing tactics.
• Assist in monitoring and managing online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive online reputation for the shopping mall.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and present findings to the management team.

Requirements

• Must have in-depth knowledge of the following social media platforms(Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Twitter), content management, and best practices for engaging with diverse target audiences.
• Must be multilingual(able to speak and write Chinese).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and ideas.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Experience of MS Office- Excel, Words
• Design knowledge – AI, PHOTOSHOP is a bonus.
• Familiarity with local community engagement and event marketing is desirable.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
