Job Description

• Overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform (brand.com and marketplaces).
• Planning and submission of online campaigns.
• Assisting with customer inquiries and live host support.
• Planning and execution of Chinese social media content.
• Work with other departments to develop and implement an online sales campaign.
• Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to track the success of online initiatives.
• Identifying market trends and competitive insights to inform strategy adjustments.
• Implementing customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and loyalty.
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a relevant field.
• Strong analytically, organisational, and project management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fresh graduate/ Non-experienced are welcome to apply.
