EXECUTIVE- ECOPARK MANAGEMENT & GALLERY - Urgent Position

• Assist Head of Department, Senior Manager and Senior Executive in ensuring the business continuity for facilities in IWK Eco Park to an acceptable standards to potential customers, in accordance to the SOP set.
• Manage the daily business process for IWK Eco Park including duty roster, revenue reporting and complaints, in accordance with SOP.
• Generate incomes for the existing and new facilities in the business park.
• Ensure all process of online and offline bookings, procuring and routine maintenance are in order.
• Maintain good business and public relations with local stakeholders and government agencies.
• Submission of reports on-time to Head of Department, Senior Manager and Senior Executive.
• Ensures IWK Eco Park infrastructures and assets are in good condition including ensuring inventory is in order.
• Coordinate visitation requests from stakeholders and higher education sectors to visit IWK Eco Park, IWK Gallery and sewerage treatment plants.
• Looking for new business potentials that will generate new income for IWK Eco Park in securing sales target as per KPI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Hospitality or related field from a recognised University.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in managing hospitality and sport facilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• PC literate in Microsoft Office.
