As a Sustainability / ESG Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating, organising, and executing ESG initiatives within our organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive environmental, social, and economic sustainability goals. Your will contribute to our commitment to minimising our environmental footprint, promoting ethical practices, and creating a positive social impact.

Job Responsibilities:-

• To support the development and the implementation of the ESG Framework and strategy:
• Plan, organise, and coordinate ESG’s work plan with the Management.
• Assist in collating information on ESG initiatives and implementation and update on quarterly / as and when required basis.
• Assist in the preparation of the Annual Sustainability Report.
• Create awareness programme of Sustainability / ESG related initiatives to all stakeholders.
• Stay abreast on standards, guidelines and requirements required for reporting as well as ESG outlook and provide recommendations on how to continue improving ESG data disclosures.
• Manage ESG questionnaires and liaise with external parties in relation to respective requirements or ESG rating outcomes

Job Requirements-

• Candidate must possess minimum Degree in Business/ Accounting / Environmental Science / Sustainability / Natural Resource Management / Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Experience of 2-4 years in similar position, experience in GRI reporting standards and relevant sustainability disclosure requirements is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Computer literate, MS Word and Excel.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with an affinity for environmental conservation.
• Analytical mindset and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision. 
• Good planning, organising skills, committed, high integrity, strong sense of responsibility with great discipline and aggressive at work.
• Willing to travel as and when necessary.
