Penerangan Pekerjaan - Executive, Finance

Job Description:

  • To download online bank statement on a daily basis for all banks
  • Send daily bank statements to Credit Control Unit or any respective units that requires issuance of receipts
  • Ensuring receipts are allocated accordingly
  • Review bank statement against cheque and card outstanding listing in HITS and ensuring all outstanding cheque and card listing are set-off
  • To issue debit note on other debtor, as and when is required.
  • Ensure debit note issued immediately upon request duly signed by Accountant/Finance Manager Ensure receipt issued for all non-debtor transaction
  • To perform counting of cash collection on daily basis, ensuring no variance in RM and reported to Accountant/FM if variance occurs.
  • To monitor any rejected payment from bank, ensuring reissuance of rejected payment is made immediately
  • To prepare daily cash balance report and monitoring of sufficient cashflow for business operations
  • To prepare all bank reconciliation, ensure all bank reconciliation is prepared by 6th of each month
  • To prepare reconciliation for credit card, cash and cheque
  • To prepare salary reconciliation
  • To handle pettycash and pettycash reimbursement, ensure pettycash balance is correct and reimbursement is made accordingly
  • Monitor the E-invoice transaction and reconciliation every monthly.
  • To do the SST reconciliation.
  • To check supplier payment are made correctly and full documents are attached
  • Ensure 100% filing is done on monthly basis for easy retrieval and reference To perform stocktake exercise on quarterly basis
  • To carry out duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act Regulations 1994:

- To take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other persons;

- To co-operate with your employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty;

- To wear or use any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer;

- To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health

- Participate actively in any other new service that is introduced

- Ensure to actively participate in all 5s activities

- Ensure adhere to Standard People Practice (SPP)

Education:

  • Degree with at least 1 year working experience

Knowledge and Experiences:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Knowledgeable and have strong commitment towards job responsibilities

Skills & Competencies:

Special skills required

  • Having good social skills to build a good rapport with stakeholders
  • Able to use HITS system
  • Competent and familiarize with hospital operations and cash management related policies
  • Good technical and reporting skills

Personal attributes

  • Independent and able to work in a team
  • Good communication skill
