Responsibilities:
- To liaise with branches & associate companies on all accounts & inventory control matters
- Handle daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner
- Perform the day to day processing of accounts receivable transactions to ensure that municipal finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner – to include:
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services and Ensuring valid invoices
- Maintain listing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
- Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers
- Perform monthly account payable & receivable reconciliation
- Responsible for timely preparation and analysis of monthly reporting on Inventory statement
- Providing support to team members and associates to ensure all goals are attained on time
- To provide support and assistance on day to day accounting tasks and administrative duties in the company
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts
- Able to organize and follow-up independently
- The ability to work under pressure is a valuable quality
- Undertake other special and ad-hoc assignment as and when required
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required
- Knowledge in bookkeeping and MS Office (Words and Excel)
- Proficient with AutoCount & SAP accounting software will be an added advantage
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team work, leadership skills and work ethic
- Independent, initiative, self –starter and willing to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Willing to work in Bukit Jalil Mranti Park
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- Full Time position(s) available
Working Hours:
- Mon – Fri ~ 9.30 am to 6.30pm
- Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays Closed
