Executive, Finance Operations - Land

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining land entities’ financial statements.

• Responsible for accounts payable & receivables including but not limited to processing of invoice, payments, monitoring ageing reports and account reconciliation for accurate and timely reporting.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, tax related matters and variance analysis on expenditure versus approved budgets.

• Assist in audit and compliance by preparing required documentation and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory standards.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and dashboards.

• Beyond operations, provide financial support for projects and business initiatives, including cost evaluation and feasibility analysis, while working closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.

• Other tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Professional Qualifications (ACCA, CIMA etc).

• 1 to 2 years relevant working experience is an advantage.

• Experience in external audits is an added advantage.

• Experience in the Land and Property Development Industry is an added advantage.
