MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, farming with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet the domestic and international markets, the advanced facility will process up to 300,000 birds per day.

• Ensure that all data on costing is recorded with accuracy for analysis and reporting purposes. To liaise with stakeholders and HQ on any discrepancy cost reporting.

• To overseas the tasks of receiving billing from suppliers and sending invoices to HQ Finance for entry and payment purposes.

• To be responsible for petty cash management, which is in charge of maintaining financial records and preparation of financial reports and spreadsheets.

• To attend and be responsible for plant inventory movement such as production report extraction, raw material issuing, cycle count generation, stock count processes and stock reconciliation.

• Understand and assist in the overall operations of cost structure and translate into action plans to drive cost optimization.

• To collate, analyze and compute all underlying costs such as inventory, labor and plant overheads.

• Assist in reviewing production overheads, analyze variances and highlight areas of concerns.

• Assist in preparation of annual production overheads budget.

• To prepare monthly closing report (VOH, FOH), detailed analysis and report on natural gas, electricity, OT, R&M trend (analysis by cost per mt, comparison to prior years/budget/target).

• Working closely with planners for monthly stock take cut off, stock take report generation for HQ Finance.

• To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

• CIMA,ACCA, Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of working experience in financial planning & analysis, financial reporting or related fields.

• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
