Executive - Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) - with Great Benefits

Job Summary: As our Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Executive, you will be at the forefront of planning, executing, and monitoring all aspects of HSSE activities across our organization. From conducting workplace inspections to leading HSSE awareness training sessions, your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft and implement engaging monthly HSSE activities organization-wide.
2. Conduct thorough HSSE workplace inspections at various locations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
3. Deliver comprehensive HSSE awareness training to all staff members and contractors.
4. Spearhead accident reporting, investigations, and insightful reports to drive continuous improvement.
5. Develop and update risk assessments for all work tasks, prioritizing safety at every turn.
6. Manage Security Guard and Cash In Transit operations, ensuring top-notch security performance.
7. Compile monthly and quarterly HSSE reports, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
8. Lead HSSE-related monitoring efforts, from identifying excessive noise to ensuring chemical health risk assessments are up to par.
9. Strategize, monitor, and optimize the annual HSSE budget to maximize effectiveness.
10. Drive the development and implementation of ISO 39001:2012 Road Traffic Safety Management System.
11. Embrace flexibility by undertaking additional duties as directed by the Head of Safety (HOS).

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Sciences, Management, Operations, or related fields.
2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years in health, safety, security, and environmental fields.
3. Certifications: Advantageous to hold certification as a Safety & Health Officer (Green Book holder) and possess knowledge of Schedule Waste (SW) management.
4. Bonus Points: Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 39001 management systems.
5. Willingness to travel: Ready to embark on nationwide travel and outstation trips at least once a month for up to a week.
