Job Description:

Administration

  • To assist and be directly responsible in the running of the internal of the Company in its day-to-day activities
  • Fully responsible to the cleaning contractor to ensure the cleanliness of compound cleaning, utilities drain, road compound and rubbish dumping area are well always maintained.
  • To assist to verified bills/job assignment forms/ gate pass/ petrol chit etc,
  • To assist in all issues pertaining to the Company cafeteria such as cleanliness, cafeteria committee etc,
  • To assist in renewing business licenses such as KPDNKK, MPOB, MPK, MITI and SSM
  • To assist in preparing any related legal documentation such as contract agreement that is related to HRA department.
  • To assist in budget preparation and monitoring for every financial year for Administration (Opex & Capex)
  • To assist in monthly and fortnightly pest control inspections by appointed contractors.

Human Resources

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and programmes.
  • Assisting Superior in managing tardiness, and industrial relations.
  • Monitor employee morale, satisfaction, and workplace culture.
  • Organize recognition initiatives, events, and communication sessions.
  • Handle employee communication and ensure consistent messaging on various channel such as townhall, union meeting, social dialogue etc.
  • Conduct interview & investigation related to incident, accident, welfare assistant and etc.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in HR/Admin, Management or equivalent
  • 1 - 3 years in Human Resources & Admin function
  • Good Communication / Interpersonal skills
