• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function which encompass manpower planning, recruitment & selection, training and industrial relation matter.
• Assist and plan to execute the rolling out of Talent Management Program as well as improvising on it for the business unit.
• To provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
• To manage and resolve complex employee relation issues. To conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Plan and assist in annual performance review cycle, and salary benchmarking and review process.
• Handling employees relations including grievances and driving ER and culture change activities, and improving employee engagement.
• To identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, exception on those with good related working experience.
• At least 2 -3 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and able to interact with all levels of employees.
• High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast past environment.
