Job Description:
- To serve as a strategic partner to management and departments within the organization, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance and foster a positive work culture.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges and goals and providing tailored HR solutions and support.
- Implementing HR strategies and programs that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee employee relations and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company policies while promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for both the organization and its employees, driving HR initiatives that contribute to overall business success and employee satisfaction.
- Handling staff disciplinary issue and providing solutions on issues raised.
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field with the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledgeable with Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relation Act 1967 is a must.
- Degree in Law/Human Resource Management or related background study.
