Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Ensure the following SAP Human Resource systems are maintained and operated in alignment with the company’s defined business processes and SAP system blueprint:

1) SAP S/4HANA (HR) including ABAP for HR
2) SAP SuccessFactors
3) SAP Concur
4) Related System Integrations      

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Improve operational efficiency, enhancing SAP management information availability and accuracy, and maintaining effective system controls to ensure system actions are undertaken in accordance with operational requirements.


• Provide support to end users of the SAP system by ensuring that accepted system functionality is maintained properly and that any identified operations issues are resolved in a timely manner.


• Properly manage the development and implementation of additional system functionality as identified by end-users and management. This includes the application and documentation of an appropriate system development cycle including :
  
  
  
  • Development and documentation of users requirements.
  
  
  • Work together with responsible parties to achieve due dates and complete project within timelines.
  
  
  • Design and prototyping of system functionality to meet user requirements
  
  
  • User acceptance of design
  
  
  • Configuration of system functionality
  
  
  • User acceptance testing & acceptance
  
  
  • User training & manuals.
  
  
  
  


• Undertake reviews of business processes as directed with the objective of improving efficiency, accuracy and productivity through appropriate policies & procedures and system utilization.


• Other duties as instructed by the superior.

Key Challenges

• To ensure the SAP Human Resource, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur related system integrations are operational as per company’s business process defined in the SAP system blueprint.


• Liaise with SAP OSS Support and external consultant/AMS.


• Monitor helpdesk log for HR Module.


• To back up on other sub modules when core support for module is not available. 


• To work with the Functional Group in ensuring the availability of the SAP system.


• To work with BASIS Engineer in ensuring the availability of the SAP system for all SAP users.


• To support the development and maintenance of SAP HR system.


• To entertain HR functional new request from SAP HR users.


• To support the development and maintenance of SAP system.


• To support and participate in internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance and readiness.    

Unique Requirement

• Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Human Resources (HR) modules / SAP SuccessFactors / SAP Concur will be an added advantage

Education

• Degree preferably with specialization in Information Technology or Computer Science.        

Relevant Industries

• Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1 year relevant experience.
