Your Role in Brief

We’re looking for an individual to execute and monitor the occupancy rate for the company’s properties and/or buyers’ properties to meet the organisation goal and objective.

Your Key Accountabilities

• Effectively plan, promote, and help to lease out and secure high occupancy for the company’s properties and/or buyers’ properties to ensure achieve business needs.
• Source & implement suitable marketing and leasing advertising & promotional (A&P) activities/events in promoting the residential & commercial properties assigned to align with the organisation policies and standards.
• Build an effective relationship with tenants, prospects, real estate agents, investors, media, etc. to promote assigned developments for occupancy retention and growth.
• Responsible for the productivity and monitor budgetary performance of the leasing/events to ensure work carried out smoothly
• Collaborate with internal and external specialist team to resolve tenant’s concerns/issues in renovation, operations, collection, defects management to meet customer expectation.
• Conduct market & competitor research, customer surveys to assist management in determining market trends and customer need.

Additionally:

• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
• Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements at all times, including QESHMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, International Standards, local regulations, code of practices, and legal requirements.
• Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
• Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.

To be successful in this role, you are likely to possess:

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Technical Skills

• Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to read and interpret documents such as tenancy agreements, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices.
