Job Description:

• To plan schedule for installer & transporter, and prepare Service Report Complaint Form & Immediate Material Request on daily basis.
• Follow up with transporter & installer for the actual time arrival at site and update into schedule accordingly.
• Update work progress, completion tasks of transporters into transporter schedule.
• Update customer on the next day delivery/installation.
• To arrange floor covering for all site before the next day installation.
• Follow up closely on the shortage issues with detailer, purchaser & production planner.
• To inform sales personnel & installer for the shortages if any.
• To issue shortage form and prepare shortage summary report, update daily and executed accordingly.
• To check & prepare claim summary for installer, transporter & in-house service team.
• To update ISO report on monthly basis.
• To ensure & guide installer, transporter & in-house service team on the rules and guidelines of the company as stated to them.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Min. SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Effectively communicate and build strong relationships with customer, transporter & installers.
• Familiar with Klang Valley route.
• Excellent interpersonal & verbal communication skills, co-ordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure, independently and with team.
