Executive, Logistics - Growth-Minded Organization

We are looking for Fresh Graduates that will be responsible for inbound receiving of shipment or delivery and checking incoming shipment against Delivery Order, Purchase order. Organizing and storing the product until receive Material requisition and issuance to Production for consumption or packing. You will handling:

•  Collaboration with Material Planner on the list of items to receive 
• To ensure all receivable items are following the specified specification and accuracy in quantity as stated in Purchase Order. 
•  To ensure all issuance packaging materials to Production Floor following the SOP via authorized PMRF, Packaging Material Requisition Form. 
•  To ensure all issuance of miscellaneous and consumables items from the Packaging Material Warehouse following the SOP via authorized e-MR, Material Requisition 
•  To work together with Material Planning Dept on the Logistic Dept Scrap Sale. To ensure all the scrap have the proper recording like IRF & MR before sale to appointed vendor. To responsibilities if there any weight different between actual Scrap Sale Weight Vs Navision Record. 
•  Prepare monthly stock take report and closing report 

What you will need to succeed in this role:-

• Fresh graduates with Bachelor Degree in Logistic/Transportation/Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to work independently 
• Commitment to work long hour to ensure the smooth running of warehousing activities
• Knowledge in handling ASRS during internship period will be advantages.
