Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To develop, enhance, and improve product lines of fertilizer for FGV Fertiliser Sdn Bhd. Technical solution provider to a wide range of customers and after-sales service.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Visiting fields to collect seed, plant, and soil samples and testing samples for nutritional deficiencies, diseases, or other changes.

2. Researching, developing, and promoting fertilizer or products that diminish the effects of changes in soil, climate, and weather or prevent damage from pests.

3. Market research & identifying new opportunities and tracking them.

4. Provide pre-sales technical support

5. Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and supporting work groups

6. Maintain excellent client relationships with existing and potential clients

7. Gather information, internally and externally, to support these discussions. Responsible for getting the orders

8. Develop long-term relationships with clients, by managing and interpreting their requirements

9. Provide support to the sales team in achieving the business targets

10. Provide training to the salespeople to improve the sales pitch

11. Promoting products and techniques through educational presentations.

12. To handle and monitor all related policies and SOPs as required

13. Hands-on related government and companies requirement on rules and regulations

14. To be involved in preparations of product and technical info for career enhancement
