About You

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our Consumer Marketing team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience, who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-Day

• Work closely with the consumer marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Business Team to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.
• Assist in creating and curating content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, website, and print materials.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reports and insights to the team.
• Support the organization of events, trade shows, and other marketing activities, both online and offline.
• Manage brand merchandise planning and execution, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and ensuring brand consistency.
• Utilize retail experience to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through effective merchandising strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and communications, and share insights with the team.

Your Know-How

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing, communications, retail, or brand merchandise planning is preferred.
