Production Task

• Capture professional-quality photos and videos of hospital events, staff portraits, clinical environments, equipment, and community programs.
• Record awareness videos, including interviews, procedure demonstrations (as allowed), and staff communication messages.
• Edit videos and photos using industry-standard software to produce polished final content.

Production Tasks

• Plan and execute full production workflows, from concept to final delivery.
• Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules.
• Coordinate filming logistics, including location preparation, equipment setup, lighting, and audio.
• Manage on-set direction of subjects, including staff and patient participants.
• Ensure all equipment (cameras, lights, microphones, stabilizers) is maintained, calibrated, and operational.
• Oversee post-production processes—editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and final export.
• Collaborate with clinical departments to ensure accurate representation of medical procedures and environments.
• Maintain an organized production archive and file-management system.
• Ensure all productions comply with guideline, hospital privacy rules, and procedures.

Content Management

• Organize, store, and archive digital media files according to hospital policies.
• Deliver content for internal communications, social media, website updates, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all media meets branding guidelines and quality standards.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing team, clinical departments, and doctors to understand project needs.
• Assist other departments by producing visual assets for recruitment, staff training, and public relations.
