Who are we looking for: -

Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field.
Working experience within 3 years in shopping centre management or relevant industry experience in event management, digital marketing, and communications.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and the English language (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
IT-savvy, skillful with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Resourceful, willing to learn and meticulous/keen eye for detail.
Understand the requirement to work on the weekend (occasionally, due to events and campaign only).

Scope of Duties: -

Assist in conceptualizing and creating monthly thematic campaign to drive traffic and sales that includes sales promotions, festive campaigns, and community engagement events.
Assist in Marketing program which includes planning, coordinating, and executing of all promotional activities in shopping centre.
Work closely with communication team to develop key messages, content, and creative works for campaigns.
Work closely with tenants to develop collaborative promotions and offerings, to enhance customer experience through the mall's activities to drive traffic and increase tenants’ sales.
Liaise with event organizers and government agencies as well as to develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential tenants and exhibitors.
Identify and secure strategic partnerships and co-branding opportunities.
Conduct research and monitor target customers’ behaviours and market requirements.
