The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and review renewals of all existing policies and sum insured.
• Provide recommendations/advice to the customers on their insurance requirements.
• Meeting up with customers on regular basis to identify and discuss any shortcomings faced by them.
• Provide market feedback regarding new products and/or trends.
• Carry out projects and other duties as may be assigned.
• Ad-hoc functions as and when required.

Job Specification:

• Degree in any relevant field with minimum 1 years’ experience in General Insurance recruiting and servicing agents required for this position.

• Sound technical knowledge in all classes of general insurance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organization and effective time management skills.
• Prompt and confidence in speaking with customers in English, Bahasa Malaysia and knowing Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate with proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, positive working attitude and capable of working independently.
• Team player and able to motivate fellow team members.
