Executive – Multimedia (Video Editing)

Job Description

• The Multimedia Executive is responsible to produce video content based on direction from Marketing team or concepts developed during brainstorming sessions prior to submission for approval.


• To perform video editing, compositing, motion graphics, animation and basic visual effects for promotional and communication purposes.


• To produce video content for digital platforms including LED screens, IPTV, social media and the Genting Guest Xperience Centre (GGXC).


• To handle end-to-end post-production including cutting, sequencing, colour correction, audio syncing and formatting.


• To able to produce creative visual using Artificial Intelligent tool, to generate images and video.


• To adapt and format video content into multiple screen formats and resolutions (LED, vertical, widescreen, etc.).


• To ensure all video deliverables meet quality standards, branding compliance and Marketing requirements within SOP.


• To deliver all assigned video content within given timelines.


• To work closely with technical team to ensure content compatibility and smooth playback across CMS platforms.


• To have a teamwork spirit, positive attitude and be supportive in daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Multimedia, Film, Video Production or related field or


• Diploma qualification with minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience


• Strong skills in video editing and post-production


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office


• Good understanding of video formats, codecs, resolution and content optimisation for different platforms


• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage


• Basic understanding of CMS platforms or LED screen content will be an added advantage


• Photography / videography skills will be an advantage


• Creative thinker with good storytelling sense and problem-solving skills


• Working experience in FMCG, Agency or fast-paced environment and bilingual ability are preferred
