Executive Officer, Procurement System and Services

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Administer all Procurement system and data management. 
• Manage and maintain Master Catalogue and all relevant data in the Regional eProcurement System.
• Maintenance of system data and ensure accuracy.
• Provide support and second level troubleshooting & resolution to Business Users/Enablers and Vendors.
• End to end follow up and monitoring on issues/requests from IT and Service Provider to ensure proper and complete closure of issues/request.
• Single point of contact for IT and Service Provider for all issues related to Procurement System.
• Conduct Train-the-trainer training to Procurement team and Business Users.
• Fully support project managers and project teams on system implementation.
• Maintain tracking of support activities. Analyse tracking list and recommend process improvement.
• Participate in all system testing cycles for Procurement systems enhancement and implementation.
• Provide recommendation for Procurement systems improvement.
• Assist Project Manager on PMO related work.
• Develop and update Procurement system user guides and Admin guides.
• Manage and ensure consistency & accuracy of all communications to Business Users/Business Enablers and Vendors.
• Develop frequent communication to ensure common understanding of key activities undertaken or planned within the department/unit.
• Responsible in spend analysis for Group Strategic Procurement.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
