EXECUTIVE – OPERATION, BANCASSURANCE

This role is to ensure achievement of business objectives and targets for CIMB through proactive relationship with Retail Channel. Key oversight role is to provide back-end support services to sales staff by ensuring their submission are complete and accurate, supporting to RTC as well as credit control and claims. To assist in managing and coordinating the daily operations of the Banca including of the Banca including all back-office support services.

Job Responsibility:

1. Central point of reference for branches marketing

• Work closely with sales and marketing team and ensure that the policies are issued within agreed TAT


• Administration support and customer service – respond speedily and accurately to internal and external customers’ enquiries always and offer appropriate solutions


• To provide one-stop after sales support to CIMB and BSIB Branches


• Central point of reference for branches on the submission of cases and ensure that the submission to processing on time

2. Operation matters, responds to email and daily task

• Assist Manager to plan and carry out the Banca operational issues


• Work closely with sales and marketing team and ensure that the policy are issued within agreed TAT


• Monitor and follow-up outstanding issues for policy issuance and notify CIMB of discrepancies and follow up on the amendments if any


• Premium collection and CBC compliance and reconciliation of account


• Provide high quality claims service to CIMB, in liaison with Claim Department

3. Credit Control for Overall Banca

4. Carried out task or projects assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Job Specification:

1. Qualification - Degree in any discipline and/or related.

2. Experience - Minimum of 3 years working experiences in general insurance industry, with credit control experience is an added advantage.

3. Skills - Good in Microsoft Excel and written communication. Ability to handle significant workflow through efficient time management.
