2. Implement customer management strategy and address customer’s inquiries.
3. Ensure prompt and professional response to customers / sales office enquires in a timely manner.
4. Responsible for the design, compilation and presentations to customers.
5. Ensure customers’ requested reports are send out on timely basis
6. Liaise with the factory on customer needs
7. Raise any customers’ non standard process or material requirements to Non-Standard Request board for review.
8. Raise any potential problem and red flags that are affecting the customer or potential problems
9. Communicate with customer on all internal concerns and required for the new built
10. Follow up internal team to ensure orders are meeting the delivery schedule.
11. Quality Accountability
i) Enforce compliance to standard operating procedure and specifications.
ii) Address or escalate subordinate feedback.
iii) Execute, proliferate, monitor and follow up changes / quality performance.
iv) Communicate quality alert / changes to subordinates and peers in a timely manner.
Education
Bachelor in Engineering/Science/ or any relevant field
