Executive, PMO, CFS Strategy - Generous Compensation

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the development and execution of Agile initiatives for Group CFS.
• Coordinate cross-functional working team meetings efficiently and effectively, with ability to connect dots throughout the organization, and escalate issues at the appropriate time - focusing on design and execution of Agile initiatives.
• Support Manager in the monitoring and analysis of Agile initiatives schedule, cost and resource planning to ensure initiatives are completed on time and fulfill the objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Agile initiatives documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Work with key stakeholders to gather requirements, progress and translate them into actionable Agile initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management framework.
• Identify and assess potential risks to the project and work with the project team to develop strategies for mitigating and managing risks.
• Assist to manage changing scope (i.e. change management) and project acceptance criteria especially in cross project dependencies.
• Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the manager which may include project management of key initiatives, data mining, market research, analytics, financial projections and simulations for various GCFS initiatives. 

Requirement:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent.
• Solid experience in a PMO role or similar capacity in project management and/or project coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Result oriented, passion for excellence – has strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• A team player and able to work independently and with diverse teams, with minimal supervision.
• Possess intermediate Excel and Power Point skills – able to develop engaging reports and presentations to be presented to senior management.
• Able to work under pressure, meet short deadlines and work extra hours if required.
• Certification in project management or agile methodologies will be an added advantagen in project management or agile methodologies will be an added advantage
