Job Descriptions:

Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and capacity requirements to meet sales demand and optimize production efficiency. Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align production plans with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels by analysing sales trends, production capacity, and lead times
Create and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient utilization of resources.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction. Generate reports and provide insights to management on production and inventory performance.
Ad-hoc task assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong knowledge of production planning principles, capacity management, and scheduling techniques.
Proficiency in inventory control methods, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization techniques.
Contract basis for 1 year.
