Job description:

To execute Pre and Post Contract Admin entailing pre-planning, cost estimation, tendering, valuation, budgeting and cost control monitoring.
To execute Pre and Post Contract Administration and ensure compliance with contract and management, ent objective particularly on the procedures.
To monitor and coordinate with consultant and/or project teams from conceptual until completion.
To prepare monthly reporting, documentation, progress reports and necessary presentations.
To monitor progress of construction and monitoring constructions’ plan and drawing.
To conduct site inspections (including materials and defect checking) and document the construction progress.
Record and bookkeeping – to maintain record of wide range of construction and transactions involved.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveyor/Building Technology/Architecture experience or Bachelor’s Degree in quantity Surveyor/Building Technology/Architecture .
Minimum experience 3 years in Construction field.
Computer literate in Microsoft (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD.
Possess good communication skills – English and Malay. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying/Building Technology/Architecture functions.
