Job Responsibilities:
- To supervise, monitor, coordinate, and execute asset management tasks.
- To organize and plan of company's new branch development, setup maintenance, asset management, project progress, and updates.
- To handle and support the branch's master inquiry regarding branch issues.
- To manage, coordinate, and negotiate for assets contract renewal.
- Design and implement effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Retail & Asset Management or equivalent.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English. Other languages, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are advantages.
- Interpersonal skills: Team player, dependable.
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver targets within tight deadlines.
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
