Executive, Risk Compliance & Assurance - Start Immediately

Job Purpose:

Execute, perform and track the implementation and execution of procurement governance for effective implementation and demonstrate highest standard of integrity and professionalism of procurement activities. Formulate, continuously assess, promote and enforce the KLCC Group Procurement (KGP) governance standard to ensure consistency, adherence and alignment with external and internal policy compliance, and ensure business objectives are met.

Accountabilities:

1.Risk Management

• Prepare, execute, implement, enforce and continuously assess the risk strategy by outlining the indicators of risk and definition for risk categories against thresholds and risk parameters and monitor the execution of risk mitigation actions to protect KGP and KLCC interest in alignment to the Corporate Risk Profile and Risk Appetite of the Group.
• Jointly prepare and collaborate on Risk Assessment for Decision Making (RADM) prior to contract award that requires Board Approval.

2.Business Continuity Planning 

• Prepare, perform and implement KGP business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions in alignment with KLCC Enterprise Business Continuity Plan 
• Track and update Risk Profile, Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plan on annual basis.

3.Audit & Compliance

• 1st Line Assurance:

Prepare, execute and track Annual Assurance Masterplan (AAM) and oversee execution in accordance to procurement policy, procedures and guidelines.

• 2nd & 3rd Line Assurance:

Assist audit initiatives to be performed on KGP by external auditors and ensure close out of audit issues within the stipulated time frame, including implementation on corrective and preventive strategies in accordance to procurement policy, procedures and guidelines of KLCC GoC.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline. 
• Degree in Legal is an added advantage.
• 5 years’ experiences in Construction and/or Facility Management.
• Seasoned professional with diverse experience and technical and/or property knowledge.
• Experienced in Risk Management is an added advantage.
