Penerangan Pekerjaan - Executive - Sales & Service Planning

Achieve sales objectives by planning, conducting & reviewing campaigns and initiatives within budgets agreeable to the Principal & Management.
Plan monthly sales volume forecast.
Responsible for monthly or quarterly sales campaigns i.e. proposal and memo approval.
Manage budget utilization for each project
Plan and review activities to increase dealer capacity optimization through market penetration
Prepare proposal and reports generation i.e.: approval papers, presentation slides, and post mortem reports.
Plan and analyze yearly sales target. Assist in AMP yearly budget.
Measure, track and analyse sales & service performance.
Involve in strategy planning activities with operation PICs on monthly basis.
Coordinate with related parties pertaining to car ordering and prepare monthly Stock Plan to be approved by management
Manage and strategize dealer’s activity towards customer satisfaction
To do and share the necessaries reports to management & related PICs as and when required
Processing of sales incentive and commission
Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.
