- Professional handling of all communications.
- To maintain and strengthen relationships with the community and the public.
- To assist in coordinating press conferences and preparing news releases of the main events of the University College.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and presentations as required by Management.
- Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- To attend various University college’s activities.
- To perform the daily task assigned by the President Office and the Secretarial Office.
- Direct report to Vice President
- To assist in the tasks/requests of the Board of Directors if any.
Requirements: - At least a bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Proficiency in English is essential to the position.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking visitors.
- Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good filing and documental skill.
- Fast response to ad hoc situation.
- Preferably candidate with at least 2 years relevant working experience.
