Executive / Senior Executive, Agrotakaful Strategic Development - with Great Benefits

JOB PURPOSE

The overall purpose of this job is:  

To support the creation and expansion of Agrobank’s Corporate Transformation Plan (CTP). To meet this purpose, the scope of this job includes supporting the process of establishing a Takaful entity from inception to operationalization: 

1. Assist in the formulation of the strategic initiatives to establish a Takaful entity 
2. Support the process of designing the end-to-end target operating model for Takaful business. 
3. Active involvement in preparing relevant approval papers for internal and external stakeholders’ endorsement. 
4. Assist in preparing and executing proper development plan to meet the company’s business target 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 

1. Execute Achieve the organization’s revenue target with the implementation of various strategic initiatives.
2. To assist in developing and providing affordable products and to cater for the needs of unserved and underserved customers 
3. Coordinate the process required to fulfil customer expectations on takaful products and services through efficient and effective methods and deliverables with particular focus on insurtech usage
4. To assist in formulating plan to provide alternative tools for the customers and the community to perform their financial transactions such as cashless or digital payment platform.
5. To assist and be actively involved in the initiatives for establishing a takaful entity focusing on agriculture 
6. Assist in developing suitable training modules using the appropriate delivery channels to ensure effective and wider coverage.
7. Help prepare relevant literatures and materials and ensure effective communication to internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related discipline

Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in any financial services institution.
