Executive/ Senior Executive, Human Capital - Competitive Pay

Responsibilities:

1. Education

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
• Proficient use of computer and related HR program (example: HRIS and Microsoft Office).

2. Responsibilities

1. Talent Resourcing
   ·Responsible for talent resourcing in Sabah. Advertising, short-listing, interviewing, recruiting, and carry out orientation for new recruits.
   ·Verify and oversee hiring of Contractual workers.
   
    
2. Industrial Relations
   ·To represent management in all grievances under operational IR matters.
   ·Ensure compliances to Union Collective Agreement.
   ·To have quarterly meeting with Union.
   
    
3. Employee Relations 
   ·Conduct briefing to new & promoted employees on terms and condition and Compensation & Benefit.
   ·Monitor Executive & Supervisory yearly health screening and ensure records are updated as and when needed.
   ·Oversees canteen operation and food safety compliances.
   ·Organize ER activities periodically (Long Service Award, Chairman Award, Safety & Heath Talk, Festive celebration and Long Service Award).
   ·Monitor punctuality & attendance of employees and submit to HR Manager HCBP, EM
   ·Disciplinary & Performance Management.
   ·Assist HCBP-EM in organizing CSR program for East Malaysia.
   ·Assist HCBP-EM in organizing and conducting Management and or Employee dialogue. 
    
4. HR Operational
   ·Oversee administration of HRIS mainly: eLeave, eClaim, eTPMs, eTAM and Fraserian Mobile Application.
   ·Update of organisation chart and headcount as and when required.
   ·Liaise with Government Statutory Bodies in matters relating to Human Resource Development: Jabatan Tenaga Sabah, KWSP, SOCSO, and LHDN.
   ·Addition and Deletion for new joiners and resignees' Insurance.
   ·Assist HCBP-EM in managing HC budgets for East Malaysia

3. Experiences & Other Skills

• At least 5 year(s) of work experience in full spectrum HR Generalist role.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with attention to details and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time.
• Excellent management skills, negotiation skills and strategic management.
• Dedicated and able to take challenges.
