Overview
Responsible in ensuring the right talent are hired for suitable positions according to schedule in addition to ensuring effective management of all recruitment related matters, including constantly positioning and branding Hartalega as an employer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure recruitment and selection of suitably qualified local employees on a timely basis and in accordance to established procedures and practices.
- Monitor activities undertaken by the recruitment team for efficiency and effectiveness and identify areas for continual improvement.
- Keep abreast of recruitment and selection best practices.
- To develop and implement resourcing strategies to fulfil forecast demand for recruitment and attrition.
- To ensure recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing of vacancies is perform within the timeline.
- Collaborate and work closely with external parties including head hunters, recruitment agencies, universities etc. to engage, attract and building network to reach out to potential talents.
- To take the leading role in identifying opportunity to build the Hartalega’s brand name as employer of choice.
- Consistently exploring effective recruitment tools, such as psychometric tests, personality test, IQ test etc. in ensuring the right candidate/quality candidate is being hired.
- Provide necessary training and guidance to selected engineer/executive and subsequently validating their readiness as a qualify interviewer.
- Provide training, guidance and coaching to subordinates.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Organizational Psychology/ Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resource management Knowledge of Labour Laws is preferred.
- Good compliance with organization processes, systems and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated good understanding of organizational systems.
