Summary of role:

To update and maintain planograms for all minor, essential and major range changes. Maintain consistent, accurate data in the Planogram System and databases and check that the range and planogram match for every range change.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and Maintain Planograms that operationally simpler for stores and good display for customers.
Maintain the operational effectiveness of every planogram by following the SOP so that products meet level run down effectively.
Update databases for actionable reports that support Space, Range and Display processes.
Produce planogram data that is recognized for its accuracy, quality and reliability.
Identify space and correct product facing / position.
Ensure all planograms are build based on Customer Decision Tree.
Working in a multi-site business with management experience of working in a customer driven and store operations environment.
Any other task, as and when assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

Minimum – Diploma in any field, with 1 year experience in retail.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience of using Microsoft applications to automate and simplify data analysis.
Able to analyze & interpret data quickly and accurately.
Willing to travel as needed by company.
Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure.
Store Merchandising experience.
Must be able to assist and work at store before Public Holiday (CNY & Raya helper) as needed by company.
