Executive/ Sr. Executive, Finance (AR & AP-2 Position)

Responsibilities (AR) : 

1. Responsible for sales order review and billing;
2. Responsible for customer creation in the system and maintaining customer master data;
3. Responsible for following AR overdue and customer payment and settlement;
4. Prepare customer AR statements and check with customers；
5. Customer rebate accrual and management；
6. Sinosure shipping declaration and Sinosure-related matters；
7. E-commerce-related finance work；
8. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and sales analyses;
9. Execute additional financial tasks as assigned by the finance manager. 

Responsibilities (AP):

1. Lead the review process for company expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
2. Oversee accounts payable processes and reconcile accounts to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
3. Manage tax declaration and other tax-related responsibilities, ensuring adherence to relevant fiscal laws and regulations.
4. Assist in month-end closing activities, including expense accruals, provision calculations, and other related tasks.
5. Provide support for expense analysis and contribute to cost control initiatives.
6. Take ownership of company Fixed Assets Management, ensuring proper recording and maintenance of asset data.
7. Assist in coordinating company stock counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in finance-related majors；
2. 3-5 years of accounts receivable financial &  accounts payable experience；
3. Familiar with Malaysia accounting standards, and familiar with relevant fiscal regulations；
4. Familiar with SAP system and Excel；
5. Strong ability to work under pressure, careful, responsible and positive.
6. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
