Job Summary

The Executive – Supply Chain is responsible for managing and coordinating inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods. This role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining smooth supply chain flows while ensuring adherence to regulatory and licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

• Ensure full compliance with LMW License requirements and relevant customs/trade regulations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, logistics, and compliance reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, planning, warehouse) and external parties (freight forwarders, customs agents, suppliers).

• Monitor logistics performance, resolve shipment issues, and implement process improvements.

• Support supply chain planning activities to meet operational and business objectives.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and end-to-end supply chain processes.

• Familiarity with LMW licensing and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
