• Handling therapist resignation, run away, not return and updating into system.
• Assist on updating for therapist personal file update (resign / relocation).
• Handling outlet transfer email and updating in outlet transfer file.
• Summary on prior 1 to 3 months visa application and compiling 3 months visa passport to HR after therapist return to Malaysia.
• Handling Thai therapist monthly working permit renew.
• Handling on new application working permit and endorse calling visa.
• Handling Bangkok pre-medical check-up in Thailand.
• Handling and monitoring stationary and training stocks.
• Handling uniform and name tag stocks for therapist.
• To provide administrative support as and when required. 
• Manage special or ad-hoc jobs assigned by Superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language in English and Bahasa Malayu. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Positive, resourceful, quick learner, good teamwork but able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under tight deadlines, good planning and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
