Executive, Warehouse - Rewarding Work

What is your role:

• Responsible for supply and demand planning, review CPSI forecast and bulk orders.
• Verify stock ordering (normal inventory stocks and indent stocks).
• Liaise with freight forwarders on performance.
• Review all CPSI reports on discontinue models, overstock and etc.
• In charge for AP (Import Permit) and follow up, In charge for SIRIM and follow up.
• Liaise with Center Warehouse (CW) personnel to source for stocks.
• To maintain and monitor physical vs system stock accuracy.
• To ensure proper and completeness of supporting documentation for all stock related transactions in compliance with company standard operating procedure (SOP).
• To monitor and control system cycle count / stock count exercise and perform stock reconciliation.
• To prepare and ensure all inventory reports to be submitted on a timely manner.
• Prepare stock provision, marine insurance coverage and Inventory reconciliation.
• To understand and deliver agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• To support the spare part operations.
• Able to work under tight schedule and meet deadlines

What you need to have:

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in warehouse operations.
• Self motivated and hardworking.
• Good communication skills for both written and verbal, and internal personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as Team player.
