Executive, Warehouse Transport - with Growth Opportunities

Job Responsibilities

1. To monitor and plan daily manpower optimization for outbound operation activity.
2. Monitor and execute effective outbound operational planning to meet delivery window.
3. To measure all outbound vendors by service performance KPI and to initiate corrective action plan for improvements.
4. To ensure all HSE regulation are followed and acknowledged to PIC accordingly.
5. To monitor the daily logistics operation and address the issue accordingly.
6. To do frequent follow ups on daily operational matters and resort solution from time to time.
7. To attend to store complaints and to address to the right PIC for future improvements
8. To prepare and measure management reporting for Biweekly and monthly review
9. Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by superior
10. To ensure proper filing and other administrative duties are completed
11. Ensure that all transaction / POD for daily delivery/returns are completed accurately and on time
12.  To ensure close the shipment in WMS after loading shipped out
13. To assist designated manager to oversees/monitor/coordinate overall process of receiving return from goods from 7E stores up to Supplier collection. 
14. Coordinating with inter dept on handover of goods to be on time
15. Coordinating with transporter on delivery for West and East Malaysia
16. To ensure staging of goods is on time and ready for loading according to agreed loading time with vendors.
17. To ensure and follow up with transporter to meet loading window time. 
18, To ensure to follow up on HOLD/RESEND shipment 
19. Responsible to coordinate new store update in routing master file and informed respective dept IT/SC on route status. 
20. To review Overtime planning and retrieve approval from Snr Manager.
16.  To perform any other work as and when required.
 

Job Requirements

1.1 Min Diploma in Logistic/Transportation 
1.2 Min 2 years experience in logistic field
1.3 6 days working 
1.4 Able to work on shift
1.5 Posses own transport
1.6 Proficient in MS Excel
