Quality Assurance & Control (Construction)

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable with Quality Management System ISO 9001 & QLASSIC.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Quality Safety Health & Environment field specializing in the Construction/Real Estate industry.
• Willingness to travel.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

• To assist the QAQC Manager to implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions related to the delivery/achievement of the quality system.
• To assist the QAQC Manager to monitor the implementation of the QLASSIC any other quality system at respective projects.
• To verify and review contractor’s Project Quality Safety Health and Environment Plan (PQSHEP), and monitor the implementation of the approved PQSHEP.
• To coordinate and liaise with the Project Managers and contractors for the delivery and achievement of the quality system.
• To review all inspection records for compliance.
• To monitor and verify the implementation of suitable correction, corrective and preventive actions of the system.
• To implement and ensure compliance on all policies and procedures which are relevant and required by Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) management system.
• To coordinate with ISO Internal Audit Team on audit process.
• To assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS)and integrated management of financial processes that affect the operations of other departments.
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
