We are seeking a dedicated Executives - Sales Administration to join our energetic team at IOI Properties Group - Southern in Putrajaya.

Responsibilities:

To prepare, process and check the documents relating to Sale and Purchase, Subsales, etc
To carry out functions relating to credit administration and loans documentation
To attend to calls and enquiries from purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors
To check and process documents relating to conveyancing of properties
To assist in sales of properties matters if required

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other related discipline
At least 2 years working experience with a housing developer on credit control and loan matters
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good communication skills in written and oral with proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate and have experience in using IFCA system
Experience in doing conveyancing work in legal firm also encourage to apply
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
