Executive/Senior Executive - Advertising & Promotions - Innovative Company

Responsibilities

• Develop, Promote and initiate marketing campaigns and strategic promotions with tenants and business partners.
• Assist in planning and executing all advertising, events and promotional Responsible for the leasing of advertising and promotional for products promotion and advertisement space, create brand awareness to generate revenue.
• Organize events and liaise with internal and external parties from conceptualization to completion to ensure smooth running of functions.
• Maintain a good working relationship with tenants and business partners.
• Plan and organize year-round events, to liaise with both internal & external parties from conceptualization to completion ensuring that the co-ordination of each event is smooth running
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when is required
• Any other projects as assigned by superior

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years Advertising & Promotions working experience in shopping centre management and retail industry.
• A degree holder in either Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Communications or equivalent fields.
• Must process a strong aptitude for strategic market planning (strategy, brief, plan, follow-up, both long and short term).
• Must process a strong analytical mindset to evaluate the market situation in order to develop an effective marketing plan and strategy.
• Must be able to manage and work with different agencies (media, creative, public relations or internet) to develop desired results for the Mall.
• Must process creative instincts and flairs to develop new ideas and innovative plan for the Mall.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able and willing to work on odd-hours, weekends or public holidays when required.
