Experienced CLERK

1.Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM / Diploma
• communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu
• At least 2 + yr of Working Experience
• Preferably specialized in Clerical / Admin support or equivalent.
• 5.5 Days work per week
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point)
• General Clerical Work( multi-tasking)
• Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues
• Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Any other task assigned by superior from time to time
