Job Responsibilities:-
- To plan, execute, control and coordinate local and export sales activities
- To arrange sales delivery
- To coordinate with the warehouse personnel to ensure availability of the stocks
- To coordinate with the marketing personnel to ensure proper order forecast
- To deal with customers for all necessary order and sale delivery
- To be responsible for all export sales documentation
- To execute, control and coordinate any other departmental duties and job functions as Welford deem necessary
Job Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least diploma in business or administration studies
- Working experience at least 3 years in related field is required
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Pleasant personality
- Knowledge in handling sales, logistic, export, customs and warehousing documentations
- Fresh graduate with non-working experiences may apply for this position
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to communicate with all levels of people
- Computer literate
- Good team player
