Facilities Engineer

Oversees the planning, design, reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities. Prepare and update Autocad layout drawing for re-layout office, building, engineering equipment and facilities system. Responsible and manage facilities cost center to ensure the spending is within the budget Be familiar with FDA/ISO standards and how they should be applied to all facility items such as cleanrooms, air/nitrogen supply, product contact water etc. Develops criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes. Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Assists in development and maintenance of short-term and long-term facilities space plan. Candidate must possess at least Degree In Mechanical, Electrical or other related degree to Facilities with minimum 2 years of experiences in medical Devices. Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility. Assists in development and maintenance of short-term and long-term facilities space plan. May be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and planning preventative maintenance. Plans and coordinates periodic shutdown to service and maintain equipment.
