## The group you\u2019ll be a part of\n\nGlobal Work Place Solutions\n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nAs a Facilities Engineer at Lam, with your project management expertise, you\u2019ll plan and oversee facility changes for plant, tool installations, and production equipment layouts. You\u0027ll work with architects to develop design criteria, layouts, and prepare contracts. You inspect construction and installation progress to ensure adherence with established specifications and schedules. Your focus on performance specifications required to meet unique operating conditions contributes to the efficiency and compliance of Lam\u0027s state of the art facilities.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nAs a Facilities Engineer (electrical \u0026 mechanical) at Lam, you will lead and manage the facilities mechanical systems. You are the system owner to manage the reliability of facilities, electrical and mechanical systems like chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, dryers, swicth gears, transformers, fire and life safety systems including all cleanroom equipment. You will be managing system expansion related to new projects, providing technical solutions for repair and maintenance works, life cycle maintenance for system owned and managing facilities operation management team. For new projects or expansions, you will work with consultants to design and commission new systems. You will be required to work on improvement projects such as energy management and sustainability related projects. You must be able to coordinate and engage with cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement to deliver facilities operational excellence. \n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Minimum 3 to 5 years of related facilities experience with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in electrical or mechanical; and a Master\u2019s degree; or equivalent working experience.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\nA facilities engineer with electrical background but experienced in facilities electrical and mechanical. \n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
