Job Description:

Position: JR44525 Facilities Engineer (Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineer)

1. Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms, other engineering disciplines, local municipalities/utilities, trade contractors, and other project stakeholders in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detailed drawings.
2. Ensure specifications, standard and checklists developed are aligned with corporate guidelines and safety and quality expectations.
3. Monitor any assigned project to ensure that it is within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
4. Ensure good constructability, maintainability, quality, sustainability, aesthetics, and accessibility of the building and infrastructure.
5. Work with Procurement team to engage and manage the service providers.
6. Responsible for the repair and maintenance by developing inspection standard operating procedure and risk assessment for routine and non-routine works.
7. Performs and facilitates audits, develop inspection checklists, arrange any necessary upgrade, repair, or maintenance.
8. Facilitates regular studies for spare part needs and repair and maintenance effectiveness to increase reliability and reduce spending.
9. Responsible for related budgeting and expenditures monitoring.
10. Adhere to the company’s environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure with risk assessment, good housekeeping standard, and quality policy when performing work.
11. To support RBA audit and meet all RBA requirements.
